About these terms
These terms govern your use of statistiq.in, the public website of Statistiq AI. They are deliberately short and do not cover client engagements — those are governed by a written engagement charter signed at the start of work.
Who we are
Statistiq AI is headquartered in Noida, India, with senior practitioners across India and the United States. We deliver to enterprise and growth-stage clients globally under engagement-specific DPAs that meet HIPAA, GDPR, and DPDP-2023 requirements.
Using this site
You may read, link to, and share content on this site. You may not scrape it for redistribution, train models on it without our permission, or use it to mislead users about its source. Standard web abuse (denial-of-service, vulnerability probing, credential stuffing) is not permitted.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, and illustrations — is ours unless otherwise marked. Cite us if you quote us. Don’t republish whole essays without asking.
No warranty on website content
The website is informational. Essays describe our point of view at a point in time. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to perform work, a representation about a specific client engagement, or professional advice tailored to your situation.
Limitation of liability for website use
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to direct damages, capped at the amount you paid us for use of the website (which, for the website itself, is zero). This section does not apply to engagement liability — that is governed by the engagement charter.

Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh — without prejudice to the governing law and jurisdiction agreed in any client engagement charter.

If we materially change these terms, we’ll update the effective date above.
