Who we are
Statistiq AI (“Statistiq”, “we”, “us”) is a boutique AI services firm headquartered in Noida, India, with senior practitioners across India and the United States. This notice covers our public website at statistiq.in.

What data we collect on this site
Contact form submissions. When you fill in the form at /contactwe receive your name, work email, company, optional role, optional industry, your problem description, and optional “how did you hear about us”. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to administer the engagement.
Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites. We see aggregated counts of page visits and referrers — nothing identifiable. No cookie banner is required.
Server logs. Our reverse proxy keeps short-lived access logs (IP, user agent, request line) for operational reasons. We do not tie these to identifiable users.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, to send engagement-related correspondence, and to improve the site. We do not sell data. We do not run advertising. We do not add you to a sequence.
Where we store it
Form submissions are delivered to our shared inbox at hello@statistiq.in over an encrypted SMTP connection through our email host, Hostinger. Hostinger processes this email data on our behalf as our hosting provider and is GDPR-compliant.
If we begin an engagement, any client data that is shared with us is handled under the engagement-specific data processing agreement (DPA) — we sign DPAs that meet HIPAA, GDPR, and DPDP-2023requirements, in the client’s cloud.
Retention
We retain contact-form messages for 12 months from receipt, unless an engagement begins — in which case relevant correspondence is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for regulatory and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under the EU/UK GDPR, India’s DPDP-2023, and similar laws, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on the processing of your personal data. Write to hello@statistiq.inand we’ll respond within statutory timelines.
Cookies
This site sets one technical preference cookie: localStorage.theme (your light/dark preference). It is not used for tracking. Plausible does not set cookies. No marketing or advertising cookies are set on this site.
Changes
If we materially change this notice, we’ll update the effective date above and, where required, contact you directly.
