Approach

Senior-only. Builder DNA. No handoff.

Six commitments that shape every engagement. One engagement arc from first inquiry to written handover. And the anti-patterns we name out loud— so they don’t show up uninvited later.

Six commitments

How we work in every engagement.

01 — SENIORITY

Senior-only practitioners.

The person who scopes your engagement is the person who builds it. No offshore handoff. No three-juniors-and-a-PM. Engagement teams capped at five — and the partner is in the room.

02 — CLOUD

In your cloud, your codebase.

We work where you work. Your DevOps, security, and compliance teams see the work as it's built. No black-box sandboxes, no over-the-wall handoff, no surprise tooling.

03 — DELIVERABLES

Engineering-credible deliverables.

Every strategy artifact is one our engineering team would build from. Architecture diagrams that work. Estimates that hold. Risk registers that survive an audit committee.

04 — PRODUCTION

Production is part of scope.

Build engagements deploy to production as part of the engagement — not as a separate Phase 2. The system is real, monitored, and owned at handover.

05 — VOCABULARY

The buyer’s vocabulary.

Loss ratio, denials rate, MLR, MER, sell-through, RAF score, on-hand. We learn the industry before we sell into it. We never use generic strategy-deck language with operators.

06 — RECEIPTS

Receipts, not claims.

We measure what we move. We publish what we measure. Every engagement ends with a written handover, runbooks an in-house team can pick up, and a quantified result.

Engagement arc

Inquiry to handover.

No SDR cadence. No marketing automation. The path from your first message to a written engagement charter is short and honest.

WEEK 0

Inquiry to charter.

A senior partner replies within one business day. First call within the week. If there's a fit, we send a written engagement charter — scope, success criteria, team, timeline, cap.

WEEK 1

Scope and access.

Kickoff with named stakeholders. Access to data, cloud, and codebase set up. Success-criterion ladder written and signed. Risks named out loud.

WEEKS 2-N

Build cadence.

Two-week sprints. Weekly demos. Senior practitioners shipping to your repo. A live dashboard tracking the success criteria. Surprises surfaced early, not buried.

FINAL

Handover and runbooks.

Production deploy. Written runbooks, evaluation playbooks, on-call shadowing. A quantified before/after. If you want us in Run & Optimize, that's a new charter — not a renewal default.

What we won’t do

Anti-patterns we name out loud.

  • We will not deliver a Jupyter notebook and call it a model.
  • We will not deliver a Figma mock of a dashboard and call it a system.
  • We will not staff a project with one senior and three juniors and call it senior-led.
  • We will not write a roadmap whose first milestone is another strategy phase.
  • Every Build engagement ships to production or we don’t take it.

Have an AI investment that’s stalled?

Most first conversations are 30 minutes with a senior partner. We'll tell you whether it's a fit, whether AI is the right answer, and what we'd build first.
